Eat bananas every day, stretching stretching before and after, and develop or every day. If you stand and work no more because the pain will get worse and then disappear. Also painful every time you work, if you do not regularly.

Relax in a hot bath and a hot Epsom salt (cheap in the pharmacy) or a Jacuzzi.

I think that Rice and some caffeine after a workout to relieve the pain. Try held one hour before the workout and not just before.

Stretch, stretch, stretch. Before, between sets, then in the morning and evening. Try also with this acronym.
Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation
