I know some people have dirty teeth or yellow teeth, but in my school, I have not seen a girl with dirty yellow teeth. I just wanted to know, because I, when the girls better take care of their teeth than men wonder.

regardless of whether you are a child. Teeth are the teeth. all that matters is what you eat and how they care for their teeth. So yes, on average, younger people with less attention to their hygiene and eating habits of young girls. I'm not saying all children are, but for most girls have better hygiene than men. Therefore, most children have yellow / stained teeth than girls.
