What was the wet looking black animal I saw running through my yard on it's hind feet? I live in SW Florida,? - hind running

and not in the vicinity of lakes or streams. It was about 2 meters high and fast.

It may have been wrong. Operating on the hind legs as a rule (the primates, or maybe kangaroo), but none of them, of course, can present in Florida. And while animals such as otters, weasels, squirrels and some rodents can stands on its hind legs, can not walk in them.

Otters and weasels do not run on their hind legs. I know that otters can certainly stand on their hind legs, but it is impossible to walk in this position.

It is very strange. Hm
